We make a variety of ring box styles to suit your needs. Whether you are looking for that perfect engagement ring box, planning a country style wedding or finding a gift for someone special we have something for you.
Our ring boxes are made from dead lodgepole pine which we gather from the mountains of Montana using our horses. Beetle activity in the wood when the tree was alive has produced beautiful colorings and markings and make each box unique. By carefully removing the bark by hand we are able to keep as much of the colorings and markings as possible. The following slideshow illustrates the process of making our ring boxes.
A feature we have to offer is the ability to draw artwork onto our ring boxes. Wildlife and domestic animals are drawn onto the ring box lids while other ring boxes have animal tracks drawn on the sides as well as the lid as though an animal had walked across the wood. Sometimes during the initial making of a ring box, a certain shape or size, even the coloring can really make them suitable for a certain animal or bird track. Before they leave the workshop for my easel I know exactly what I’m going to draw on them!
We offer custom artwork so if you have a particular animal in mind, a pet portrait or a set of animal tracks you don’t see in our shop, we will gladly draw this for you.
